In Regards to Obama's Nobel Peace Prize

        I am not addressing the prize itself, instead I will focus on the press’ coverage of the award.  The press spoke for the American people.  The airwaves were flooded with messages of doubt.  They put words in our mouths.  The press should be giving us facts, not false generalizations.  The news was that Obama won the Nobel Piece Prize, not that Americans were split over the issue.  These generalizations are half lies that subconsciously influence our notion of our president. 

            Pressuring Obama to do better is essential, for he answers to us all, but we must not let this stop us from celebrating and getting excited. 

 

It cannot be doubted that one who partakes in war is far from being a messenger of peace. And I am in total support of pressuring Obama to make the wisest decision. All I am trying to say is that Obama has given us a chance to come together, and that I hope we seize it.
